The private clinic Doctors’ General Clinic in Athens, which is on duty 24 hours a day seven days a week, has a fully equipped and well-staffed Pathology Unit that focuses on the effective prevention, proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment of patients with general medical problems, multiple conditions or atypical clinical picture with its great expertise, constant training, high sense of responsibility, and human-centred approach. It also performs patients’ pre-operational check so that to ensure the safe conduct of surgical operations, while it schedules the required laboratory tests and determines the suggested treatment regimen.   4. Pulmonology: Provides care for respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia and sleep apnea.
  5. Cardiology: Focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure and arrhythmias.
  6. Neurology: It deals with diseases of the nervous system, such as strokes, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases (e.g. Parkinson's, Alzheimer's) and migraines.
  7. Gastroenterology: It specialises in digestive system diseases such as gastritis, ulcers, inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis) and liver disorders.
